Healthy family lifestyle
Our Ethos
Our ethos is to promote the values of healthy family lifestyle and provide young people with structure, personal space, respect and a relaxing environment which fosters a safe, comfortable and enabling family environment for young people.
Our units accommodate three to four young people. This ensures that the quality of our service is maintained within the unit and the young person can benefit from a tailored and specialised support.
The placements that we accept will be matched to the other young people within the unit to ensure positive relationships.
The young person’s achievements and successes will be celebrated to encourage their development and boost their self- esteem.
Beam Support will foster comradery, open communication and transparency.
